“ This is absolutely my favorite restaurant for sushi! They have this roll called the red line that I crave so much! In fact I'm in Minneapolis right now and we're looking to go out for sushi then I thought to myself wow I wish I chould just go to the Zen house! Also the service alone is worth the visit, My daughter and I went after a hockey tournament among other times and we could be happier. My whole family agrees! Finally as an individual that used to work at celebrity chef restaurants in New York I'd say the quality is better and the prices are really excellent making this a great value too! Personally I think they should raise their prices! ”

“ Zen House is a bit out of the way, tucked in a small, nondescript building up the hill from Duluth, so it is easy to overlook; this is most unfortunate! The food and atmosphere make for a wonderful experience, well worth the time and money. We tried the Udon and a curry rice dish, as well as the "Red Line Sushi" to split. The flavors and textures were *perfect*, each bite bringing with it a richness that sparked many smiles and happy sighs. The staff were great as well. Our server was very attentive and polite. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with our order and the Udon ended up missing seafood, but the server was quick to resolve the issue and we enjoyed the dish either way. Definitely make this a destination for your next Duluth dinner/lunch! ”
“ Every sushi roll was scrumptious! All had their own taste and texture, so good Our waiter was so nice, hospitable, knowledgeable on the types of sushi and made the best recommendations. We had the Sweet n Crunchy (yellow sauce), the Warrior Roll (green onion on top), the Crunchy Shrimp (orange fish eggs on top) and a Spicy Dragon (red dot on top). Definitely a return visit in our future! ”
